Vegas - Non-Christmas ideas please Mon 22nd - Wed 24th Dec

Hello

I’m arriving in Vegas on Sunday 21st December and am looking for ideas of things to do on Monday 22nd Dec to Wed 24th Dec. Probably going to the sales after Christmas!

I’m travelling with three friends, we’re all in our early 30s and I’m looking for ideas of things to see and do. We’ve all been to Vegas before and although I know it’s Christmas time we’re not looking for Christmas ideas but ideally cultural things to see and do.

We’ll be hiring a car and we like ‘natural’ things, i.e. I’m not expecting another Grand Canyon and what a fab place that is but as we’ve all been to the Canyon before are looking for other ideas please.

We haven’t been to the Hoover Dam so that could be a possibility.

We are staying in Vegas so want the places to be in travelling (by car) distance away in a day from Vegas, or actually in Vegas.

We’ve been down the strip and will be probably be there in the evenings but we’re looking for day trip ideas please.

Well for a pretty drive you may want to consider going to Valley of Fire. We%26#39;ve also been to Hoover Dam but did them on different trips. I do think others have posted here that you can see both the same day.

Does anybody know if Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park are within driving distance? Can these be seen in a day and are preferable (or not) to the Hoover Dam and the Valley of Fire.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
