Best Seafood Buffet in Vegas

We used to go to the Rio Seafood buffet, but as the hotel changed 4 or so years ago we stopped going. More recent posting say it isn%26#39;t very good.

Maybe a buffet that has a large seafood section?

I am not a huge fan of buffets but we really used to enjoy the crab legs at the Rio.

If you like sushi, try Todai sushi buffet at Miracle Mile.

Otherwise, save the seafood for when you%26#39;re in a city by the sea!

I would have to agree with Stratton to a large extent. Better to do seafood in a locale closer to the coasts.

That said, for sushi, you can search the forums for it particularly, but my personal reccomendation is Japonais (sp?) in Mirage. They treated us very well, and the sushi was very fresh and original from sashimi to rolls, to chef%26#39;s creations.

If you can deal with crab legs or shrimp, etc., I would stick with a reputable and respected buffet. You would likely do fine at Wynn or Bellagio%26#39;s dinner buffets.

On another note... If budget permits, there is a place that flys in fresh seafood from the Mediterranean same day. They are so amazingly good, but expensive ($100-$150 per person with drinks). It is Bartollota Ristorante di Mare in the Wynn Hotel and Casino.

Anyhow-those are my suggestions as a person that eats only seafood as far as meat goes.
