What a shame that this wonderful attraction had to be closed. There is no excuse for this ( except money ). I know most of how this came to pass, but I firmly believe that if some kind of ';SAVE THE RANCH'; group had been formed and pressure had been put on the state or even federal folks, something could have been worked out. We quit coming to Incline village as soon as we heard about this unfortunate situation. And everyone we have talked to feel the same way. It must have cost the local community lots of business.
