is there any little gems out there in Vegas for eats and drinks?

As there are not very many locals on this forumn you may not get alot of answers. Many places locals like are far off the strip so unless you have a car and can drive you are not going to get there.

Close to the hotels on the far south end of the strip is Town Square. Many locals are going there now. Blue Martini and Yard house are both very popular.

The District at Green Valley Ranch is a locals spot and has many places to choose from. On a nice day sit outside at Als Garage and people watch.

STEAK in Henderson off the 95 is new and trendy.

Todds Unique dining in Henderson is a locals place. Wonderful food for much less than on the strip.

Boulder City has several great places,my favorite is Milos Cellars.

Noras Wine Bar in Summerlin is very nice.
