4 to a room???

Hi everyone,

My friends and I are currently in the process of finding and booking a hotel room (right now we are looking at the Mirage, MGM, TI, Manadalay, Caesars but are still very unsure). There are four of us and I was wondering if most Vegas hotels such as the ones I just listed allow four to a room in general (or would there be an extra charge). If there is, how do you get around this or what hotels do not charge extra? Is it worth booking a second room in that case (and do hotels give discounts on the second room? Just looking for some help on this topic.

Thanks so much!

4 to a room???

They all charge extra for the 3rd and 4th people in a room. Rates you find are based on 2 ppl per room.

Check the hotel websites for promotions and specials. Also check the following websites that give out promotion codes for all the hotels, you can use those codes when booking. However, you do have to book the rooms via the hotel website in order to get those promo prices. Promotions usually come out about 2-3 months before dates of travel.

With the way rates are dropping now and all the deals out there I would book 2 rooms. They do have the extra charge per person when booking over 2 people.

Most hotels do have charges for extra people in the room.

Try booking on the phone instead of the internet. It tends to be waived when you come on players card offers. Also, the fee is more for the use of a rollaway bed.

Yes - get a second room, especially since the average standard room in Vegas is a tight fit for four people. No, there are no discounts for second rooms but if you consider the second person fee is $20-$30 a night per extra person.... BTW, you are looking at some of the higher rated hotels on the strip. Try downscaling and two rooms should be affordable.

You can usually get rooms so cheap in Vegas that I would definately get 2 rooms. Who wants to share a bathroom with that many people? They probably would not discount a second room. Groups in vegas are usually more like a convention where they book the whole hotel. 2 rooms are just a drop in the bucket to them.

Get 2 rooms! Rooms are cheap now. You%26#39;ll be waiting an hour to go to the washroom with 4 in a room.

Even if you still go with 4 to a room, just make the reservation for 2 in the room and ask for extra keys upon check-in (don%26#39;t have 4 people standing at the check-in counter though, have 2 hang back).

Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed at Cesears nov1st for 6 nights,we booked a classic room for 4 but were offered a suite on chech-in or $50 extra a night, it was huge, actuallt it was too big but has 2 bathrooms kitchen, living room but only 1 bedroom, but has one 6ft bed and 2 3ft beds.....

If none of you smoke maybe check out the MGM Signature which are non-smoking condos. Now if you are young it might be pain because there is no casino at the Signature and it will not be as fun as staying at the MGM.

I guess a big bathroom is a plus. Mirage regular rooms have very small bathrooms. The MGM bathrooms are large, never stayed at the other properties. I would also check out the square footage of all the rooms in case sleeping on the floor is in your plans.

If you cant afford 2 rooms,,,, YOU cant afford Vegas.
