Ti, Mirage, or a Go Room

Regular room at TI, regular room at Mirage, or GO Room at Flamingo...I%26#39;ve been to Vegas numerous times. I%26#39;ve been in all of these casinos, but I just don%26#39;t know which one to stay in on this next trip.

I%26#39;m not way fond of Treasure Islands casino, but the rooms look pretty pimp. And TI has a convenient spot between the south strip and downtown (hopefully for a cheaper cab fare downtown). I%26#39;ve always stayed on the south strip (Excalibur and MGM Grand).

You might like the GO rooms, they are pretty pimped out, all right.

Of the three hotels, Mirage is the nicest and Flamingo the least nice. Mirage is one property south from TI and there is a tram between the two and it%26#39;s that much closer to center strip. I also happen to like Mirage the best of the three, rooms are all newly redone and it has more dining options than the other two hotels.

I like Mirage too but the restaurants there are very expensive. Flamingo is in the best location of the three, and being a young person, RockChick might enjoy the vibe there more than Mirage, which aside from the nightclubs, can be a bit sedate.

Mirage if I had the choice and had to pay for a room. Even if the food there is too pricey, there is a Denny%26#39;s across the street, Peppermill within walking distance, and many other food courts, etc. in the area. I agree though, that the time of year also has an impact if the pool would be a consideration. I have found drink service at Mirage to be as good as anywhere as well.

Mirage is the nicest of the 3.

Not sure I%26#39;ve seen any pimps there, though. I think they make them wait outside while the girls do their work!

Whats good in Polk County? haa.. Brandon here. Anyhow, i would go to TI.. I stayed at the Go Rooms my last trip in April, nothing special.. Mirage is a nicer place obviously but a lil hectic, TI is perfect to me.. plus lower mins if that matters to you..

Not to beat a dead horse, but Mirage is definitely nicest of the three, then TI, followed by Flamingo. While I haven%26#39;t stayed at Flamingo, I%26#39;ve heard that the GO Rooms are kitschy but nothing special, and they don%26#39;t make up for the fact that the rest of the hotel is worn and not that nice. You don%26#39;t say when you%26#39;re going, but if pool is a consideration, then DEFINITELY do Mirage. Otherwise, I think you%26#39;ll be happy at Mirage or TI - both are trying to entice younger crowds, both have great restaurants and clubs, and they%26#39;re in a terrific location. Have fun!

The Flamingo Go rooms are very nice with very comfy beds %26amp; Hi Tech electronics in the room %26amp; great location on the strip, it%26#39;s in the center so it makes it easy to go in either direction of the strip. Flamingo has the better pool also.

I think we%26#39;re going to end up at Mirage. It%26#39;s just me and the BF going. Going in May (the week after my 24th birthday). We%26#39;re looking at the Flamingo Go Rooms but I think we%26#39;re just going to go with the Mirage and get a pool cabana one day.

I%26#39;ve promised myself this time I%26#39;m going to actually sit and relax for a day instead of partying constantly for a week on 2 hours of sleep a night. LoL

Just so you know, the cabanas at Mirage are pretty big. It might be more than you need for just the two of you.
