MGM rooms

For someone who was asking:

I don%26#39;t know if our room has been remodeled yet or not. We are on the 22nd floor and yesterday they were painting several rooms on our floor. I am thinking that if there is a noticable difference after the remodeling, ours hasn%26#39;t been done yet because our room looks just like the standard rooms on the web site. It is quite possible that the carpet in here is new though.

Side note: Went down to the LV Hilton yesterday and saw their standard rooms...nice. Updated with classic, earthy colors, great beds and bedding... For a standard room I thought it was great. I have no complaints about the MGM room either though. It suits me just fine, even though my view is limited to the airport and Hooters.
