Traffic - December midweek

Hi, will traffic be more manageable around the time of our vacation?

I assume it%26#39;ll be a little chilly during that week, so I expect we%26#39;ll walk less. I%26#39;d love to be able to plan to drive to Fremont Street or the Riviera (where we have Sopranos tix) without getting overstressed by traffic.

We%26#39;re going to be staying at the NYNY Dec 7-12 (Sun - Fri).

When we%26#39;ve stayed in Vegas in the past, it has always been over a weekend over a busier time (Feb or March), and we%26#39;ve learned to enjoy the crowds - and find alternatives to driving up and down the strip.

I%26#39;m assuming that midweek is less busy - though we%26#39;re still expecting ';rush hours'; during shift changes.

Yes, the Rodeo thing is going on during that time, but it sure sounds like occupancy is way down.

We take cabs all the time in Vegas and I don%26#39;t think the traffic is that bad any time, although where I live there is always traffic, congestion and I don%26#39;t mean in Manhattan but the suburbs too. I think vegas is nothing. But I don%26#39;t expect it to be that different the week you are going.
