Just Returned from Laughlin - Edgewater

visit Laughlin 2-3 times a year and have always stayed at the Edgewater - but was very disappointed this time. This place is truly in need of a good cleaning if not remodeling. Had one dinner buffet there and that was quite a waste - food was terrible that night! Good food at the Avi, Harrah%26#39;s, and Tropicana Express (now that place rocks)!!!

On the bright side Edgewater employees are very helpful and friendsly. You couldn%26#39;t expect anything less in the Laughlin/Bullhead City area - it is a terrific place to relax, have fun and then get all excited about a return visit.

I have repeatedly warned folks about the very below average condition of Edgewater and Colorado Belle.

Narrow your hotel choices to Trop and Golden Nugget and you will be very pleased with either one.

Hal....Just curious...How often do you get down to Laughlin, and where do you live in Searchlight?

He won%26#39;t answer....I keep asking that same question.....i don%26#39;t think he lives in this area at all.

Am surprised ';Hal Whoever He Is'; can remember his many names'; let alone where he supposedly lives. He seems to be laying a little low so he doesn%26#39;t get kicked off of this forum like he has on many others. Hope people don%26#39;t take to much stock into what he has to say beings I don%26#39;t believe his experiences are real. Could be quite misleading for new forum members wanting to get the real deal and feel of Laughlin. Please everyone who is reading this, if you really want to know something about Laughlin listen to the locals, actual visitors, and Grif and Polkadad.

I%26#39;ve never liked the Edgewater either. Used to stay at Flamingo and Golden Nugget and enjoyed those casino/hotels immensely.

Thanks for the heads up on that Katmac8 ( and others) I had been wondering about some of the caustic responses.

I love playing and visiting Edgewater and the Belle

but I will not stay there. Stayed in each plae once and that was enough! Its to bad they keep sending me free room offers. I prefer the Aquarius, nice rooms and good food.
