We have a trip to stay at the Venetian. Arrive Wed. day before thanksgiving. What should we expect at the airport. We have a person that is handicapped.
day before thanksgiving- is las vegas airport crowded
request assistance - no matter how busy - always, for some handicapped. You will be met at the plane with a WC and help.
You%26#39;re not changing your plans if it%26#39;s busy, are you? So go with the flow, request wc assistance, use elevators. Doubtful anyone here knows the occupancy of all the flights on wednesday.
in case you don%26#39;t know you can rent scooters - for a day or your entire trip. contact The V concierge for details - they have them on the property and waiting for you upon arrival - it is a large property.

The day before Thanksgiving is the busiest day of the year for US air travel. I would expect a crowd.
another thought - the bathroom floors are marble and slippery - even in the ADA compliant rooms, you might need to request more floor mats.
Every airport in the US is going to be overflowing with people on your date of travel, Thanksgiving weekend is the busiest travel time of the entire year in the US. I%26#39;d suggest doing what bridgefan said, call the airline and say you have a passenger in your party that needs assistance and they will provide it. Ask again when checking in or at the gate when you get there if they have the person on the list for needing assistance to make sure they have the name on the list.
I was there last year in the morning and it was not too bad. I made it thru security in record time.
