i am leaving saturday for Vegas!!!!

I havent ben there in about three years- Any new things we have to see?

also, are the pools still open? if its 70 we could sit by the pool!!!

Tons of changes in the 3 years! A few new resorts and attractions.. the Wynn, Trump tower, Aladdin is now Planet Hollywood. The Stardust, the Frontier and The Ho are all gone.... I think 70%26#39;s is too cool to swim, but lounging by the pool might be nice, each resort will vary... have a fun trip!

That%26#39;s what I love about Vegas - it%26#39;s constantly evolving. A person could go twice a year and see new stuff. Depends what you like to do (casinos, shopping, shows, good restaurants, free stuff). If you are into the club scene there are quite a few new clubs. The posters on this site are so helpful and if you have any specific questions they always step up to the plate.

Check with the place you are staying regarding the pool. Some are seasonal and close for the winter. I believe the Flamingo pool is closed for winter. If you would like to go to a new show, ';Love'; by Cirque du Soleil is highly recommended but DO NOT see ';Believe'; with Criss Angel. It%26#39;s a hot mess.

How did your trip evolve? Who are you going with .. if anybody? What is the occasion? We just found out we are going too, a guy at my husbands%26#39; work, has something to do with the rodeo and has a certain amount of airline tickets and rooms paid for, all we have to do is spend a certain amount of money at the designated hotel,, which, considering our flights are paid for and rooms all taken care of we couldn%26#39;t refuse, plus I already was scheduled for vacation this particular week, so instead of ';porchville'; we are going to VIVA LAS VEGAS!!!

City Center is rising on the strip at a rapid pace

There is a walkway now that connects TI, Fashion Show Mall, the Wynn and Palazzo.

I think the regeneration of those 4 corners is the biggest change.

Trump Hotel is now open

MGM Signature is open behind the MGM

The Double Decker buses

(I think all of these things were not there 3 years ago)

Caesars has Qua Baths the best Spa on the strip.

Palazzo open in Jan, a very nice hotel behind the Venetian %26amp; a shopping area.
