Downtown Shoppers Express

Hi

I know you can take the 106 or 108 from the DTC to the Las Vegas Premium Outlets, but I also keep on reading about a service called Downtown Shopper%26#39;s Express. Does anyone have any info on it such as fare, schedules, or pick-up/drop-off locations?

Also heard that the Deuce takes forever to the DTC so how much would be a taxi from Mandalay Bay to the Premium Outlets?
