Palazzo for $119 or Mirage for free?????

We had booked the Palazzo at a special weekend rate of $119 per night in January.

But today we got an offer from the Mirage for free weekend nights in January and $150 in free play.

Is this a no brainer............or does it make you pause and think about it????

I know the Palazzo is gourgeous. But free is....well............free.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Palazzo for $119 or Mirage for free?????

But free is....well............free.

Save your money for gambling.

Palazzo for $119 or Mirage for free?????

Free is always good!! have never stayed at the Mirage but always hear good things about it. Volcano should but up and running by then.

Free is free. Why pay for a room if you don%26#39;t have to and free play to boot. I%26#39;d go with the Mirage. No brainer.

no brainer............i was offered 119 at venetian and a free week at flamingo. Guess what flamingo here I come! So many other things to do in vegas that unless the room is rat infested its good enough to go

This one does actually make me pause and think. I guess it depends how important the accommodations are to you. If this were for me, it would be a no-brainer, because having already stayed at both properties, I%26#39;d go for the freebie at this point. But if I%26#39;d never stayed at Palazzo, that offer would be very enticing, as I really enjoy luxury accommodations. When else will Palazzo ever be that affordable again?! I paid $179/night to stay there, and that was a special rate at the time! You should basically think of it like you%26#39;re getting $80/night off either hotel, because under normal (non-recession) circumstances, Mirage rates begin around $79/night and Palazzo around $199/night. So you can still feel like you%26#39;re getting a great deal if you decide to splurge on Palazzo, but if luxury isn%26#39;t all that important to you, then go with what%26#39;s free. Mirage is a terrific property in a terrific location!

Mirage all the way,,, it%26#39;s not like you would even be depriving yourself,,, ( well hardly) Mirage is a great hotel, and it is free, and you will be close enough to Palazzo to get over there and check it out you just won%26#39;t be sleeping there. Save the money and treat yourself to other things, while you are there! Now re-reading your question,,, and am seeing $150 in freeplay,,,,Get on the phone and book Mirage and then cancel Palazzo!

bump

It%26#39;s hard to pass up free...I can never do it!

Stay at the Mirage and just spend time at the Palazzo enjoying all it has to offer and use the extra $300 for more important things like GAMBLING, entertainment and/or a nice meal!

There is so much to do and see in Vegas that you won%26#39;t and/or shouldn%26#39;t be spending much time in your room anyways!!

Have a WONDERFUL trip!!

Okay.... lesseee....

I can pay either $238 or $349 for 2 or 3 days.

Or I can save that cash, and be given $150 more?

%26lt;Slappin%26#39; Need%26gt;

If you%26#39;re staying 3 days you save $500!!!!

Dinners? Shows? PAID FOR!!!!!!

Mirage is a very nice hotel.

FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Well,,,,if Low says Mirage for free, it%26#39;s Mirage!!

He%26#39;s the first one who steered me to MGM and we came to love that and now our stays there have morphed into four free nights at the Mirage (after two other free nights at TI).

I own my very first comped rooms at MGM to you Low.........the rest is history!!!!!!!
