Hopeless at picking hotels.. help please..

I have a luxury suite with strip view at venetian booked from jan 2-6 for just under $700.. booked it back in october under a promotion..

Thinking of changing hotels.. I can never decide on a good one.. really in need of some help here..

GF wants to stay at a nicer hotel but I don%26#39;t want to go crazy.. around around 250 - 350 a night, definitely has to be something around mid-strip..

any suggestions would be HUGELY appreciated..

also if anyone knows any awesome promo%26#39;s going on right now that would be amazing!

Or should I just stick with Venetian? I saw a couple posts saying that there%26#39;s a ton of construction going on around there though so I don%26#39;t want a room looking at construction..

need help badly.. thanks guys..

There isn%26#39;t many hotels nicer than the Venetian, not sure what your GF%26#39;s expectations are.

Try the Palazzo next door to Venetian, it%26#39;s new and the two are joined together. She%26#39;d love it. Either that or go the whole 9 yards and book The Wynn. There are some great promos out there now. I believe you can get Palazzo or Venetian for $119 a night. Check out these two sites for promo codes, also check the hotel websites for them, too.

Personally, I would be staying where you are. The Venetian is one of the nicest places to stay. Check with the hotel and see if the construction is going on and if they can move your room away from it.

We usually stay at the Monte Carlo. It is probably not nearly as luxurious as Venition, Wynn, Caesars, etc. but it is also not nearly as expensive. You can get rooms there if you watch for a very low price. It is fairly close to other hotels, or only a short cab ride if you do not want to walk. We prefer to use our money for gambling, food, and shows rather than spend so much on a room that we basically only sleep in. I have stayed in lots of hotels over the years and 90% of the rooms are pretty much the same when you get in them. As long as they are clean that%26#39;s good enough for me.

I would move next door to the Palazzo. You could always do the four seasons at the top of Mandalay bay, but the location kind of sucks.

You could go to the Wynn...but I think the Palazzo is nicer. Palazzo and Wynn are big competitors...a lot of people on this forum are very loyal to one or the other.

Stay where you are. I%26#39;ve stayed at both V %26amp; P and if you%26#39;re in the regular Venetian Tower (not the Venezia) the rooms are practically identical to Palazzo, plus we liked the Venetian Tower%26#39;s more central location to the whole complex. I wouldn%26#39;t move an inch.

I would stay put at the Venetian as well.
