Does anybody know if the buffets in the restaurants in Las Vegas are open on New Year%26#39;s Eve with the usual price ,or do they have a special dinner with special price,too? is it necessary to book them in advance?

Just another question:are parkings in the hotels free if you are a guest or do you have to pay them?

Parking at the strip hotel/casinos is free. Valet parking is also free. You don%26#39;t need to be a guest to self park. On occasion though, during very busy times, you will need to show a room key to valet park.

I%26#39;ve never heard that they close, may up the price. I am looking for a New Year%26#39;s Day Champagne Brunch, but not sure if there are any being in the middle of the week.

Parking is free to everyone -it doesn%26#39;t matter if you are a guest or not. If you valet park (also free)-tip when you get your car back. Parking will be tight on NYE and the strip is closed to traffic late afternoon. I wouldn%26#39;t even try to take my car out of the garage that night.

Here is a site that will help you get to the garages (and valet parking). You can sometimes avoid the strip- something you want to do if at all possible (any day of the week). Just get a good map of Vegas.

When i was there last year for NYE, parking lot attendants checked to see if you are guests of the hotel due to people parking there just for the NYE experience. Also, buffets were not at regular prices but at holiday pricing.
